The Role
As Organizational Videographer, you’ll lead the planning, production, and management of video and photo content for Partners Worldwide. Your focus will be on producing documentary-style videos that tell authentic stories of individuals impacted by our global partnerships.
You’ll oversee all aspects of video production—from planning and filming to editing—and coordinate field-based media collection efforts. You’ll manage our global media library, improve media systems, and support content creation for social media and other platforms. Collaboration with contractors and internal teams will also be part of your day-to-day work.

The Work
Production and Editing
- Capture high-quality footage and photos in diverse field settings and at PW events
- Produces compelling, impact-driven content that increases donor engagement and brand reach across PW's platforms.
- Manage all aspects of production, including scheduling, equipment setup, and audio
Contractor and Asset Management
- Collaborate with freelance videographers, photographers and editors globally
- Provide direction and review on contractor-delivered video assets
- Organize and maintain video archives, project files, and media assets
Strategy and Planning
- Develop annual and campaign-based video content plans with the MarCom team
- Collaborate on story development, messaging, and distribution strategy for social, web, and donor engagement
- Stay aligned with PW brand voice and visual standards
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support
- Participate in strategic conversations on content direction in collaboration with Engagement (fundraising dept) and Operations.
- Develop short- and long-form content for use across departments
- Support video needs for online events, webinars, and presentations
Visual Content Creation
- Support the development of social media graphics, presentations, and visual storytelling using tools like Canva, InDesign, or Photoshop.
- Work with the MarCom team to develop and implement strategies for video and visual content across digital channels.
Your Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in video production and editing, including planning, shooting, and post-production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and editing skills
- Proficiency in professional video production and graphic design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom
- Ability to manage end-to-end production with minimal supervision
- Ability to navigate complex international and cross-cultural contexts with cultural intelligence and sensitivity
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally several times per yea

- This is a full-time position, with essential hours of availability for global coordination from 8am to noon EST.
