The Role

Our organization in Haiti is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with entrepreneurial associations that support business leaders and drive sustainable development. We collaborate with these associations to strengthen their ability to provide resources, deliver training, and create networking opportunities that fuel growth and innovation.

The Haiti Partnership Coordinator will be providing direct programmatic support to our Haiti Partnership Manager in specific tasks that will help us deliver an exceptional service to each of the partnerships in the network.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate efficient and consistent communication between partners using web-based project management tools within the organization, emails, conference calls, and other means, including frequent planning, progress, and prayer calls for all relationships.
  • Assist with materials translation as needed (Haitian Creole – English).
  • Assist in planning and executing workshops, webinars, and other events that support the mission of the entrepreneurial associations.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver targeted training sessions focused on leadership development, operational efficiency, and business growth for staff and leaders of entrepreneurial associations.
  • Participate in any other Partners Worldwide related activity as requested
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for our partners to generate revenue to help with the financial sustainability of our local network as well as adding value to their services.
  • Monitor and document partnership activities.
  • Collect impact stories and metrics.
  • Other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or License in Business, Finance, International Relations, Nonprofit Management, Organizational Development or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building relationships.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and other collaboration tools.
  • 100% Bilingual (English & Haitian Creole). French is a plus.
