The Role  

As Marketing & Communications Coordinator, on the MarCom Team, you will use your skills in project management, process management, writing, and design to move projects from ideas to final products. You will work together with the MarCom team and other coworkers around the world to produce high-quality content and marketing resources that engage people with the work of PW. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating and has strong attention to detail and project-management skills.   

The Work  

  • Turn supporter relationships into action by owning direct mail campaigns end-to-end, collaborating with team members and vendors, and measuring what moves people to give. 
  •  Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels—including email, print, social, and web—that connect audiences to our mission and show the real-world impact of their support. 
  • Bring ideas to life by managing designated communications projects, coordinating production schedules and responsibilities with coworkers, designers, printers, or other vendors. 
  • Build, schedule, and report on marketing and fundraising email campaigns, maintain list segmentation, and manage our email platform so the right message reaches the right person every time. 
  • Be the point person for global staff communications requests, looping in fellow team members, so staff across the organization can show up professionally and on-brand. 
  • Collaborate with team to maintain an engaging, effective website by managing content, including scheduling and updating material and reporting analytics. 
  • Work with team members to create content for email, print, social, and web — writing, designing, and refining materials that communicate our impact and reflect who we are. 
  • Never stop improving — plan and execute message tests across email, web, and print, track what works, and bring data-backed recommendations to make every campaign stronger than the last. 
  • Help your team adopt systems that make great work repeatable — developing and maintaining project workflows and tools that keep the team organized, on time, and ready to scale. 

Your Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.  
  • 3+ years of experience working in marketing, communications, or administration.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.  
  • Experience planning and managing multiple marketing projects with tight deadlines.  
  • Strong design sensibility and skills 
  • Strong emotional intelligence with a skill for developing mutual relationships of trust with individuals & teams, especially in cross-cultural settings.
  • Mature Christian faith that is lived out in your life, work, and interactions.  
  • Excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, graphic design, and web sharing software.  

Not required but helpful:   

  • Working knowledge of Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite.  
  • Familiarity with AP style  
  • Experience working cross-culturally  
  • Basic knowledge of HTML editing
